 Automatic Wire Despooler, pays out bond wire at 1.0 in. /sec. from 1/2″ or 2″ wire spool.

 Temperature Controllers
K~1300  Comprised of K~1310 Gas Flow Control and K~1320 Laminar Flow Nozzle.  Used to compliment West Bond cavity inert atmosphere for round based work holders for eutectic die attachment
K~1301  Comprised of K~1310 Gas Flow Control and K~1321 Laminar Flow Nozzle.  Used to compliment West Bond cavity inert atmosphere for squared base work holders for eutectic die attachment
K~1310  Gas Flow Control: The operator, by means of an on/off footswitch, releases the gas to the work area.  Immediately after the scrub cycle, the footswitch is activated and the die is showered with forming gas.

  Vacuum Flow Control: The operator, by means of an on/off footswitch, releases the vacuum to the work area.
K~1320  Laminar Flow Nozzle for Round Base Work holder: Directs a column of forming gas on to the work piece, to stop the wetting process of the eutectic alloy.
K~1321  Laminar Flow Nozzle for Squared Base Work holder: Directs a column of forming gas on to the work piece, to stop the wetting process of the eutectic alloy.
